Can anyone explain to me how one minute my backpack goes through the gears no problem at all,the next it goes mad on me. Gear one to three, skips two then I have to press it a million times to eventually turn it off. It's driving me nuts  ;D Thanks lads.

Hi,

Don't know what causes your problem but with mine that I use  2 or 3 times a year it stops working after 9/10 seconds on any setting & wont start again unless I disconnect & reconnect the battery lead , but again will stop after 9/10 seconds even with an overnight charge.

I emailed the company today for help.

Hi kev. That sometimes happens to me too. But that normally suggests that the battery needs charging, cos doing so normally sorts it out. Maybe cos you don't use it often, the battery is going on you. Just my thoughts. Thanks for your reply.

I was afraid someone would say that lol. I have enough trouble changing a lightbulb lol. I sprayed it with silicone spray in case it's just dampness getting in.
