Was working inside a house today when i went outside to where my machine was a "post it note" was attached to my machine to call next door when i had finished, after the job i knocked next door a lady answered she said "i was very impressed by your big machine"
and wanted to book me to clean her carpets, as always i asked her during the survey, have they been cleaned before, she said
"yes last year but he did not have a big one like you he took it upstairs and pulled it around the house"  :
