do you know if

 a 13/10 inch, extracta scrubber  unit work/fit  on a hydromist unit, been a single vac unit will it not be strong enough to draw up if it fits.

They work with an Extracta CX, which is single vac I beleive.

You should be able to connect most things together, even if the connectors are different. There are no end of adapters you can use if the hydromist is not industry standard. I suspect it will use standard quick connectors for the solution line and the vac pipe is probable 1.5". As i said it would be easy to modify. Should work on single vac, we use to use the Cleancare version on their single vac machines. If it is a problem and the pump is not adjustable you could use a ball valve to restrict the flow, but I would confirm this with the pump manufacture before you do it, just in case it overloads the motor.
