Hi Mark,

You could try Klindex Who have a variable speed 0-500rpm Which you may be able to
add weights to.

Prochem used to stock them and Barton Electrical in Surrey.
But they are not cheap.

How much do roterys generaly weigh??

I got my rotery just the other day and it weighs 50KG! is this normal!?? I'm no weakling but i am going to find that hard to take in and out of the van, never mind taking it up a staircase!  ???

Its also a akward shape, what do you grab on to when your trying to carry it about?

Its a Jeyes Ranger 15inch.

Mainly going to be using it for scrubbing pre-spray and then going to try bonneting on office carpet/carpet tiles next time i get one of those.

I usually grab it by the base and half way on the handle it does take a while to get the hang of lifting it mind.
