raining on and off today.

i had 14 houses to get done but only managed 9 due to the rain - still £110 so not too bad for 3 hours work.

heres where my day get better - only did 9 houses and foour of them have conservatorys.

i managed to get all four of them to have roofs cleans done in the next few weeks = £255.

and then got even better when one of the conservatory customers mentioned they had weekly cleaners, so i now have that aswell = £36 + a week ....

so not a bad day in all.

i was thinking about it mate!

i just thought to myself today - right set a target - get every house with a conservatory on todays list to have a roof clean.

didnt think i would manage it but they all went for it!

Got a cold at the moment so had a couple of slower days.

Got up 8am
scratched ar$e for an hour or so, and checked e-mail fb, here etc
Headed off into nice sunny day, about 10am
Washed pub, had natter and coffee
Took dog for walk on the beach, had full english breakfast and coffee
washed 4 nice houses
Took dog for walk and frisbee on different beach
Washed a new (to me) pub with big conservatory (with new clx-14)
went to tesco and bought gin for the old bird, scotch for me and enough food for about a week.
Home by 4.30, lit the fire, fed the dog, cracked open a speckled hen and put feet up with laptop and tv.

I don't like to talk specific numbers but I never leave the house with any money in my pocket, and had enough to bank some notes into the safe, coins into the whisky bottle and a weeks shopping.

It was OK.  I only did five jobs but one of them was large and I earned an OKish days money from them.
No new work.  Nothing lost either.
An OK day I would say.

Started at 8.30 am - 12.30 pm on a mix of small flats and terraced and a few 3 bed places

1.30 - 4pm done some cottages and more semi/ detatched places
Drove a few miles to bigger property finished for 5

up at 4.05am started 1st job 5.35 ( 2 of us on large commercial) finished that at 9am.2nd job little cottage bungalow then breakfast. 3rd job lage pub in & out then home by 1pm.
