1 of those days today  : ... started great with day all planned out so on 3rd job of day and see next doors bungerlow windows looking skanky so did the obvious and canvassed it ..... lovely lady really happy to see a window cleaner .... on busy main road so have to park van on her drive as reversing in i ran the side of van down her posh gates 

she didnt spot me so the lad starts on house as I try to reatach gate to wall without her seeing me ... managed to get 2 of the old bolts in place but would soon fall off so did the right thing and after she paid me i confessed to what had happened ... told her would be back in 20 minutes to fix as local focus diy just down road so a fiver later for new bolts and 10 minutes of my time gate reattached to wall 

customer well happy for me being so honest told her wouldn't have it any other way

she was so impressed that she gave me and the lad some coffee and home made cake  which we were chomping on just as Mr Gav Camm drove past .... he looked a little suprised to see me and the lad eating cake and chatting with the customer .... was going to tell him that all my customers are like her but confessed to what had happened
