Politely tell her that the bird could of flown over 5 minutes after you left. If it's a good customer then just tell her that you wouldn't mind popping along and qive it a quick clean.

This seems reasonable.and who knows there is a very slight chance you might have not seen it ,

depends on the customer!is it a good paying one?well priced?does she always find fault with something every time you clean?is it near some other work that your cleaning the next day?.

if its a good well priced customer and im near to her  during the next days work then i probably would esp if i thought i could of missed the bird muck when i cleaned them.if shes always moaning about something and always wants a pound of flesh with every clean then i would say sorry im too busy to come back and a cant go doing that to all my customers if a bird comes along a few days after the clean.

regularly in the summers months ive gone round collecting and some birds cacked on the living room/bedroom window after ive cleaned! ::) ::)IT STAYS THERE UNTIL IM NEXT ROUND AGAIN!! :D :D
price higher/work harder!

so whats the problem ?   just go back and clean it,    maybe it was just an oversight on your behalf and if were all honest then were all guilty of doing it from time to time.

ask yourself this   ( especially if its a good paying customer )    do I really wanna lose this persons custom ?
and after all they have paid for a service and as bichy as some of them are they still pay the bill.

Thanks to you all..... i do agree really that to keep them sweet....after all she is a good payer and i think its only fair to go back....but i just wanted to see what people would do in this instance.

Thankyou again.
