Supermax pole
« on: March 07, 2011, 01:24:48 pm »
After a decent year I have decided to stop being such a miserly git and treat the business to a new long pole; we currently use Extel poles.

I have been looking at the Gardners Supermax 50 - is the base section really only 46mm in diameter??????????????

Does anyone own one of these poles, or has anyone on here used one at least and give an honest opinion of them???

I'm guessing they'll be a massive improvment on our current poles so come on lads and lasses, tell all, good and bad please.

Cheers :)

I know Dave I want one!! got a  SL2 and it's amazing but some of the jobs I need it for a telescopic pole would be better.

   Hi
We have one love it! Takes longer to set up than a telescopic but boy is it light
Switched from an ergolite and actually look forward to four and five story work
       Now.
Make sure if you get one you follow set up procedure
As described we tried to shortcut it didn't go well.
Should have known alex would have tried it every
          Which way.

        Cheers

rah, i have a single trim extreme, its a good light brush. I would recommend this brush however ive not used many
variations. I have however used the superlight double trim but find the extreme  better. More bristles i think !

You're a little confused mate; the Supermax is a telescopic pole not a modular.
