WFP problems
« on: February 06, 2011, 09:58:30 pm »
Hi all,

I didn't want to butt in the spotting post down this page so my question is

When you get spotting probs and other probs with wfp how do you if there in the upper windows.

1. Surely we dont wait for the custy to tell us?
2. Surely we dont get the ladders out?

What do you guys do....??

how long have you been wfp. spotting shouldnt be a problem, mybe on first cleans you will get runs after you have cleaned and left. you water flow might be to high and your getting alot of spray picking up dirt from around the window.

Well this is what I would do

First a lot of trad window cleaners think you clean the windows and walk away not knowing how they dry , If you do that then you are not checking your work and therefore will not know how good your work is  ::)

Tell the customer that after the second clean you are going to come back and check the windows , That way you can sort out any problem that will arrive

If spotting on the tops then try this Video guide

or this one

Hope that helps  :D
