Employee Planning Software
« on: January 31, 2011, 10:32:03 pm »
Hi,

New to the site and wondered if anyone utilised a decent employee planning software programme which is generally easy to use with regards to;

- Simple to post clients to individual staff members and easy to see a summary of all clients and who is carrying out the job
- easy to have recurring client jobs either weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc or even 1 off jobs
- simple to make changes when clients amend their job requirements.
- utilise to send staff their rotas etc for the week.
- etc etc

All the basics really.... I have been looking at the forum but cannot see any postings with regards to this item for the best software programme to use in our industry and wondered if anyone uses what they deem as being the best.

Many thanks all...

hi bev

i use iq timecard, i think its great, it gets you to track what your staff is doing logs their hols, gets you to organise cover for that staff, and also gives all types of reports you can ever imagine, ok set is aprox £175 then its £5 per staff on the schedual
i think its value for money regardless

thanx jonny
