No one actually uses text talk as they speak, not unless they're auditioning for 'Jezza' Kyle I see it often on CIU where we describe our customers as "Custy" or "Cussy", in fact, I think it's actually used as a term of endearment. Nothing wrong with that in my books, I can't see Mark actually calling his customers "Cussy" to their face somehow.Back to the thread.... We all seem to forget that we all make mistakes, Mark was probably trying to think outside the box, much to his and his customer's demise! Not not only has he learnt a valuable lesson, but by having the guts to post something like this on CIU, (thus opening himself up to people who seem to wait to pounce to make themselves look good) he sends a clear warning to anyone who reads his thread, not to 'make do'. Perhaps there should be a page dedicated to "Mistakes" we make, not for people to gloat over, but for people to learn from....
