bungelows only
« on: February 06, 2011, 05:55:31 pm »
does anyone only clean bungelows
ive been going for a few months now working traditional
started on a tight budget only had a 8 rung ramsey and a hop up
so leafleted bungelows and mobile homes
its never really restricted my works are there are thousands of them round here
managed to build up a round of about 70  this way in a couple of months  and its growing well considering the time of year
been getting a number of inquiries recently from houses and dont want to turn down work so am looking to buy a set of ladders
but working only ground floor i find quite  profitable and quick and was wondering does anyone only concentrate on bungelows
thanks

If you have plenty of bungalows to go at why not????????
I have about a full days worth of bungalows and find them to be good little earners, i often say I would like a full round of them

I would love a full round of bungalows!
Unfortunately every other window cleaner in my area feels the same  :(
They can be a good earner in a compact area.
Love 'em

wk wise be great! but customer wise may not be so good.

mainly all be older customers who are more fussy and of course wont be around for the next 5 years or so...
