commercial trying for discount
« on: February 02, 2011, 05:44:06 pm »
Only started doing there windows beginning of the year, today i got a phone call asking if i can give them some discount.
Its two shop windows inside and out twice a month in the town centre and can only be done after 5.15 takes me about half an hour so i have to pay for parking which is a pound ,drop the kids of at my mams.
At the moment i charge them £28.00 a month, so when they phoned today and asked for discount i said i will knock a £5.00 off.
Don't want to lose them as they in a good spot in the centre and there happy with my work.

Should have said you'll knock a fiver off providing you can do them early instead. Live and learn :) Negotiate before dropping price as ball was in your court so to speak.
