part time workers

i am thinking about hiring someone for  part time /casual work how much would you pay that is fair ?  or am i wasting my time as i am busting at the seams with work and need help ,are there people out there that are doing this already?would be grateful for your thoughts

Ant - depends on what you want them to do and supply.

i have a guy who's 1 day a week - he supply's van and equipment and works on his own he gets 70% of what he turnsover - this leaves me to do more lucrative work.

if your looking for some one to help out and be part of a 2 man crew then depending on age/exp.  from £6 ph to £9 ph
