backpack help please

Hello all I have a esr 16 backpack and just changed pump.sounds sweet but unfortunately nothing.comes out the pole when I press the trigger.any ideas why please.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month

Try sucking on the pipe from the pump and check all pipes from the water tank are no sucking air.

have you got the flow the right way on the pump ?

lol sorted it
that was the problem the outlets are the different way around on the pump.
all working fine now.
