If you have ordered today then its more than likely a hosting problem.
Give them a ring tomorrow, I think they are open on Saturdays.

it could be a sever issue or if they were updating the site content some thing might have gone wrong with it when publishing the site.

It is perfectly possible to be busy and not be profitable.

After all, their systems are VERY cheap!  Maybe they cant cover their overheads anymore.

I've seen plenty of business that were seemingly thriving go under because the products were not sold with enough margin in to see the company through tough times, such as a recession like we're in.

Thank goodness we dont have to worry about that for window cleaning, what a headache.

just gone on their site and checked my order and its all good 

one tip for other window cleaners if you add the items needed to make up the 25ltr complete trolley system to the cart separately it works out about £100 cheaper than getting the 25 ltr complete system

We're not in a recession! We came out of that last year.
We are currently in the "recovery period" which isn't quite as bad (so they say)
Given the fact the fuel prices are sky rocketing, I am pretty sure we'll be having a double dip recession.
