« on: January 14, 2011, 05:04:41 pm »
went to tesco this morning 9am, and they were having there windows cleaned, two lads with ladders one inside one outside, no safety cones or barriers people having to walk round the ladders to get in the store. were talking glass fronted store 80 metres long 25 metres high all by hand on ladders. hope they were getting paid well, (i dont think so) so much for health and safety ???

Mate of mine got offered Tescos stores at £12 per clean regardless of size!!  :o

But I’m surprised Tescos let them use ladders as they are really tight on H&S regs ???

It use to be the job on the instore cleaners "TC contractors" I use to mange the Exeter store and i had to use my stuff to clean the 1st 2 panes weekly. But we use to get a reach and washer in to do the high stuff 6 monthly and maybe a few trolley bays ;)
