yeah pretty sure i know who it is, i'm not the sort who normally takes on customers if they already have a cleaner but this sort of thing makes you think you might as well

Yeah I do most of the street and it would be good to hear her asking for me to come back. Give it 6 months when she realises what she's lost, Haha. Would you always say no if a customer asked you back after ditching you?

another good one today,

rolled up to clean house, last job of the day, new 5 series bmw and 58 plate saab in drive along with merc slk in garage, only £10.00 job
just get set up to start then he comes out and says, "oh they have forcast rain sometime tomorrow so don't want them doing this time, can you call back in two weeks when the weather might be a bit better?"
told him NO, i will come next month, im too busy to be messed around!

went to another job that was due and earned double what they pay anyway and a good christmas tip too.

I had an old dear today " can you come back in half an hour we are just about to have lunch",I was only going to do the outsides,

Went back about 2 hours later, did them and got a £5 tip!
