I've been asked to quote an annexe on a church and I'd be obliged if anybody could give some advice on what they would price.The building has sash windows with 8 small windows (10"x8" ish) in each upper and lower part of them.There are 21 of these windows in total and they want them done inside and out.I get the impression they won't need doing that often,maybe only 3 or 4 times a year.I would appreciate any ideas,I want to get this one right.As a side note,the frames are wooden and look a bit worse for wear so I think I would possibly trad them rather than wfp.

price acord to your own policy, if you have one
if not just guess

the church normally has a commitee they will dicuss your price, whatever it is
unless one of the congress (church warden etc) pays for it themselves or part of your fee
if its a little high
they are normally nice people, I think you will be ok if they have already ask you

I do a small community church trad, 8 windows about 6'x2' and about 10 windows 4'x4.' I charge £15 and do them about 6 times a year and the same for insides which I do about 4 times a year, takes about 30 mins outside and 45 mins insides as I have to occasionally move chairs to get at windows, It's quite a nice job as I just turn up when I think it's about time for them to be done. These are also bad wooden framed, with putty falling out.
I've also got some lucrative gutter clearing work as well so think it's a reasonable amount.
You may also get additional work from congregation if you can leave a card somewhere.
