As we approach another new year I'm sorting out those customers who were a total pain in the arse over the last year ready for my now new year ritual of weeding them out and getting rid of.
only about 7 or 8 this year but no more messing from these and no notification either because they simply dont warrant it.
so to all those I dump I say7 good luck finding a new w/c and I'm sure come may/june there will be a few Don Henley's emerging from their winter hibernation who will clean them for you
2011 will bring many a challenging customer to all of us but at least I will start the new year without 7 or 8 no longer giving me sorry arsed excuses and that puts a spring into my step already, in fact I find it very therapeutic and just the thing to start a new year on.
