what is the best way to stop water freezing on contact with the windows using the trad method of cleaning -SCREENWASH OR ANTIFREEZE OR SOMETHING ELSE

Anti freeze is ok but smears when edges are scrimmed

25% methanol into your usual mix. Cheap on Ebay.

nah, im pretty sure some do use vodka. No joke! ive heard one bloke say he uses whiskey too. crazy! surely this would be pricey!?!

yeah its been talked about on here before. antifreeze is highly toxic apperetly and can make you sick! not to mention kill custys pets and plants!!!

Stick to methanol or screenwash

get three small cups and fill 3/4 with water then add antifreeze to one vodka to one and screen wash to the other and stick them in the freezer,check after 2 hrs and then 4 hrs and you will see which one is best to keep water from freezing.














I use Vodka don't need much only a glass in a bucket of warm water.
