I had one for 3 years with almost no problems(pump dial froze in my garage but still worked). They look impressive and work really good.I always rinsed out at the end of the day and ran the vacs for 3 mins with the lid off then left the lid off overnight when stored in the garage. They polish up well too.Regards Alan(swindon)

thanks darren, its good to know they are popular, its looks such a pro lump when you turn up with it i imagine, i was at a bit of a crossroads really, ii used to run a hydramaster maxx 450 but carpets are a bolt-on for us so there it sat much of the time, i cashed it in and got a ninja which was great but its doing constant dirty extraction work so i needed i new lump to show off and i reckon this hits the spot hopefully

I've had mine for nearly a year... the only problem i had was a blown vac which i suppose was my fault ::)
If this happens to you (hopefully not) do not be tempted to replace it with a cheap (£90 +VAT) chinese version as they are not reliable at all. That's what i did and ended up buying the proper one 2 weeks later (£160 + VAT) ;D
Apart from that haven't had any probs.
Would have been nice if it was equipped with some sort of heat adjuster.....

I bought one of these three months ago
It's my first machine so can't compare it to anything but had no problems.top machine!

Agree about the heat, should be a way of turning it down when needed.

Agree with Emile  never go for the cheap vacs the engineer who i bought this machine off and always serviced it for me(Ian Monk at Cleanmachine Wallingford) said they were terrible and tripped propertys elctric which as we all know aint a customer pleaser .It really is a case of you buy cheap you get cheap with them and having got a great piece of kit i would say get the best service and repairs possible.Regards Alan(swindon)

Im annoyed they put these chinese vacs in my portable, expect us to pay for replacements, then when we find out they're not fit for purpose, have to fork out to replace them for decent vacs.  They just cut costs at our expense :)
