they keep 70 % of turnover
have tried paying hourly rates in past but always seemed to get stung.
have been doing it this way now for a few years and it has worked much better for us, we have now got a couple of realy good lads who have  been  working for us for 2 years .

i think the fact that they are in control of how much they earn keeps them honest, and more important, HAPPY and this makes our lives so much easier.

Do you give out bonuses after:
- Sick days
- Cust. complaints
- Turnover
- New cust.

and perhaps other things?
