how much do u pay ur staff per hour,  not including bounes  just what flat hourly rate?

ours are paid a percentage of what they turnover

they keep 70 % of turnover
have tried paying hourly rates in past but always seemed to get stung.
have been doing it this way now for a few years and it has worked much better for us, we have now got a couple of realy good lads who have  been  working for us for 2 years .

i think the fact that they are in control of how much they earn keeps them honest, and more important, HAPPY ;D and this makes our lives so much easier.

70% wow. If you pay the , provide a van and the work and equipment i want a job. Deadly serious. I do not see however that this would be possible with paye staff. Sean

I think he means 70% between them.  Either way, its far too much.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

To the people that pays out bonus.

Do you give out bonuses after:
- Sick days
- Cust. complaints
- Turnover
- New cust.

and perhaps other things?
