I'm waiting for Brad or Ian to respond to my problem but thought someone on here might know.
My computer picked up a virus last week. So i have had to do a fresh install on my machine. I have downloaded a trial version of wcp to keep us going but my back up files don't work. The only file that does work is one from over a year ago.
Is this because the trial version is 2.3.7 ones my current ones are for version 2.4.4.2?
I am having a mare at the moment and finding it difficult to keep the business going while not having my correct data.
Anyone know what the problem can be?
