i used to clean 19 stores every week

for you to sub contract to mitie, u have to tell them how much u make and what u contracts are, 

tesco operate a red card system and they red card a lot of stuff,  i know a bloke who use to do the cleaning for them and then get something like 3 hours for the whole store including windows,  as they could never get window cleaners  to come back,  save you self a laod of hassle  and avoid them,   as mitie will drop u as soon as some one cheaper comes along
