I go to a town that a bit out of my way, i want to compact my rounds with minimal travel. Ive dropped a couple but i text a big house i do there apologising and explaining about travel etc.

Anyway, didnt hear anything till last night saying "im devastated you wont be going to do our windows any more and would gladly pay more to cover my costs, youve been so good. PLEASE reconsider and tell me your what price would be acceptable to keep you cleaning my windows. Thanks"

Was not expecting that at all! Things like this make me want to do this job more, and obviously gives me an even bigger head

so nice when this sort of thing happens...well worth keeping this one. how far out are they? is it already a good price?

A couple of paragraphs from a letter I received (this is a tiny town house with 6 windows and is an £8 job!):-

We just wanted to let you know are having a conservatory built ... it is unlikely you will be able to clean the windows at the back while it is being constructed.

Would you please continue doing the fronts and would you please let us know how much extra it will be to clean the conservatory side windows in the future?

We hope this doesn't inconvenience you too much as we really value your service and want you to remain as "our" window cleaner.
