loads, always... i drop them over time , trouble is just as you think enough is enough they pay up and promise to keep paying so for the sake of keeping the round compact i lieave them on but usually they mess but to fair i dont mind one or 2 late payers its non payers i worry about

Some people are just like that to be honest i am - so i let them off so long as they pay up in time, but 99% are fine ... i should probably be stricter but im not that busy that i need to drop every person who doesnt dive to pay maybe when im at full capacity they will be the first out the door!

very good reason why late payers dont already have a cleaner. think about it,,,,they have lived in their home years so plenty of time to get at least 1 cleaner-but he dropped them as you must surely do .  i usually wait for a real bad payer to get my goat,and then drop a few others at the very same time . its a good feeling

Why don't you bring in an early payment scheme,increase by something like 25% which will be discounted for early payment say 14 days,after that the full payment is due,rewarding good payers and penalising bad payers.

when you get a full round we all get our fair share of late payers.as long as they pay in the end!i usually find its only a few here and there though.

ive always got money owed to me and i just accept this as part of running a business.my cash flow is usually pretty good with custys paying me when i clean,sending cheques through the post or collecting once a week for an hour or so.

obviously if they stop paying they stop getting cleaned!!I NEVER CLEAN MORE THAN TWICE OR 3 TIMES WITHOUT GETTING PAYED!!!that way you keep lost money down to a minimum.

i always have to write some money off every year but its not much.again its all part of running a window cleaning business IMO.

That what I do people are busy and just forget sometimes and a visit even pushes them to pay or cancel.Waiting for a cheque for 3 cleans rang twice last week to clean her windows said I do them when I get the payment
