OP - your graphics cover the door rail.  ccs is spot on, you are trying to cover too much of the vehicle.

keep it simple ,i had a previous van and signwriting was quite busy and hard to read from distance

I did previously mention to KINGAKNAA that his design layout wont work on a Doblo because of the formed edges on the bodywork panels.
And his revised design still wont work  ::)
Look at the pics of CCS's van and you will see what I mean.
