rigidity

Has anyone compared the CLX and SLX against each other for rigidity? I have a CLX 27, but it is quite bendy when i am doing awkward widows over conservatories or on full extension. Is the SLX alot more rigid? is it worth spending the money to get one? or will there not be enough differance to make the investment worthwhile as my CLX is only 2months old?

Alex Gardiner recently wrote about this when asked over the price differantial, and a similarity in weights between corresponding CLX / SLX models. Rigidity in the SLX is the big difference, thats what he said.

I have clx 27 and slx 25 the truth is there is no comparison at all it's that simple!!!!! The clx is a good pole upto 3 sections  then it get ridiculasly wippy the slx full extend    Steady as a rock, but this is shown in the price differance clx is a cheap pole it's good for wat it is,but if u can afford it go wit the slx you won't ever want use anything else

Yes but how many dodgy windows do you do at full stretch in a day? Be a man! A bit of pain once in a while never did anybody any harm.

Be a man earn more and buy a decent pole,it's not about pain it's about being able put a bit of pressure on to be able to scrub,
