« on: November 01, 2010, 11:23:27 pm »
knocked a few new flyers out last week when it was raining and i got my first solar panel clean enquiry i surpose they are 1200 sq each next to each other they  will only take 10 minutes i thought £20.00  but then i thought who else could clean them without getting on roof and taking much longer i might charge more do you think i am being greedy or not what would you charge

watch out if they are the tube type of panels/ look like a line of clear tubes laying side by side .   ive never cleaned any,but ive seen them and read on the internet they are fragile .

If the panels are green or really dirty then i would say £10 each pretty fair price.

i have several new builds fitted with panels and offer a 1 in 3 clean of the panels they are no effort to
do and bumps up the overall price of the w/c

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience
