when u say gutter cleaning u mean facias  and gutter facias or actually emptying the gutter?

and is there any diff in the price of the 2 diff jobs? is around 30 quid a side for either job about right?

if we are talking ££££ p/h then

then its    Gutter clearing ( commercial )
followed by

Gutter clearing domestic
Gutter soffit/facia cleaning
Conny roofs
then give of take a pound or 2

Internal windows & external windows

But for work over the entire year it has to window cleaning - as its daily and throughout the year.

Was just removing the grass so really quick as it came out in very long chunks then scraped inside gutters with drain rod set. No washing or facias.

Before and after shots.

by a clear mile its jet washing, I can do a driveway for 5-£600 in a day, parked in one place, I could never do that on the glass, next best for us is gutter clearing with the vac with which we can do double per hour (£) than window cleaning.

I feel that additional services after window cleaning should not just create more work for you but should also give you a much better wage that day.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Pressure washing for me too,.. even with equipment and fuel costs I earn a good bit more per day than I would on the glass.
