to be fair to peter going by his profile he is bang in the middle of London and so I would expect the prices to be higher than the norm,

I would agree, but if you are giving a pricing guide to someone outside of Central London then £3-£5 per window is incorrect.

I was thinking on the lines of about 75p-£1 per window with an additional charge of £1 per property, so I'm probably on the right track.

I'll put another post on in about 6 months time to see if it might help any other newbies.

You won't go far wrong with those prices. Your hourly rate will increase over time anyway.
