Spend most of the day yesterday WFP'oling and didnt need ladders till late afternoon. (did that bungalow Gav ... u know the one Im talking about

... must have 50 - 60 panes of glass )
So as I find WFP dead boring compared to risking my life on a ladder

my mind started to wander and got thinking who and when did someone make the connection between using pure water to clean windows and who first thought of an extendable pole ?
Went on an Ionics course late last year and the bloke in charge (Craig I think) mentioned Tucker poles from the USA.
Maybe a bit of an anorakish thought like I said my mind wanders
