Thanks for the feed back guys. The thing that has put me off is the cost for diverting to a mobile, about £10 going up to £20 per min on average!!

I think that you'll find that `ppm` is pence per minute, not pounds

Just out of interest how many times does it ring for the customer before it rings your mobile. For me it's at least 10 times is that right?

I sometimes wonder whether it would be better just to go to ansaphone at home immediately and give my mobile in the announcement. If its urgent they will ring if not just leave a message. How many people ring off before you answer the diverted call?
