New Van - help
« on: September 19, 2010, 01:47:37 pm »
I'm in the market for a new van.
I want something that can hold a 600ltr tank, large pressure washer, poles, chemicals/soaps, and extra stuff.

I want to get something for under £4,000 / £5,000.   ---    anyone selling one?

Also,
Do any of you have any pics of the back of your van that have a similar set-up to me? I need to maximize space!

Hey Richy,

I'm looking at buying a new van early next year, I need the same kind of space you need.

I'm going to go for a LWB Toyota Hiace, or VW Transporter with an upright tank.

I drive a fiat ducato at the moment, but want something a bit newer. And a medium top ideally. Anyone have any pics of theirs?

Richy do you use 600 a day ? I have a 500l twin 250's upright in tranny and fit all the gear in it, a 650 would fit sideways easy

I dont use the tank for window cleaning, just for pressure washing and i use it everyother week, or so.
Have you got any pics of yours?

i just got a 06 merc vito LWB  for 6 k with the vat - well worth a look . 2.2 turbo the thing go's like poop , and pulls up the welsh hills so easy , plus lots of space in back .
roof height is a inch lower than my citroen distpatch which helps getting ladder's off if needed.
