Transit Connect
« on: September 23, 2010, 09:31:05 am »
Anybody use a transit connect? Iv had mine for nearly 2 years and I can not stop water from going from the back into the footwells. Iv siliconed, protector coted, fibre glassed, hammerited time and time again yet water still gets in from the back! I really dont want another winter with an ice rink below my feet. It is definatly coming from the back and nowhere else. Anybody else had the same problem and managed to solve it?

Iv got a 400 ltr diy set up.water is def coming from back, water spillages etc. It happens anytime I have a big spillage and doesn't have any bearing when it's raining or not. Just wondered if there's a place that's particualy prone to leaking. I think another coat of silicone is my next step!
