best way is to find the student responsible and lower him down off the roof suspended by his ankles. Make sure the water is grubby and cold. When he is finished lower him quickly to the ground bumping his head on the way. Be sure and collect any money that fell out of his pockets. :D

I do hate people who throw eggs at windows. I caught one once at halloween, I made him clean it off. The water was nearly frozen in the bucket, serves him right.

other than that I cant help
if it is dirty it is fair game

Get the customer to clean it off. I had one and told her that I wasn't sure what it was but it wouldn't shift. The custard said it was egg that some kids had thrown and that she'd clean it off before my next visit.  And she did 8)
