gutter job price

been asked to price this on a yearly gutter clean,  there is 7 blocks of flats  have taken a pic of both sides and a end to show you,  what would you charge for it

£300 insides cleared.

Outsides: £200.

that phono is of two blocks that are next to each other, but all the bloks are the same  there are seven blocks,  sticking out and i woudl give them options of what they wanted to do

ie insides only  or insides and outsides

Have you had a look too see how bad they are ?

problem i see from the pics is the three floors and the bit over the roof of the second floor building

We have a port folio of over 100 blocks of apartments of which all are gutter cleaned on a yearly basis and we NEVER charge a daily rate, using our Vac we'd charge 250.00 + VAT for the whole block (for all the sections in the photo)
To clean outside does not take long at all and should cost no where near the cost of clearing the inside, we would charge no more than 100.00 for washing outside.
