Brodex hose & Gardiners pole
« on: September 09, 2010, 07:05:36 pm »
Evening all, I need a little help.

I have a Brodex system, hose and poles and today I've received my Gardiners CLX 27 only the connector is wrong, they've sent me the pro-tail.

I'm not sure who's fault it is mine or Gardiners but either way I need to make sure I get the right one, can anyone assist please ;D??

I'm keeping Brodex poles though. Besides, when you pay £200 I want it as new. ;D

can can you take a picture of the pole ends you have and need, we can then tell you what they are:

the suppliers do not help in this field they just make it more confusing, they even change the name of things just to make it even more confusing.

Gardiners will put whatever connector you specify on the pole. If they supplied the wrong one phone them and they should send correct one free of charge. Better to take it up with them.

I will, thanks Ian.  I've sent an email to Gardiners this evening,  I want to be prepared for when they call me tomorrow, hence the post.
