Might be a silly question but is it possible to be filling your water tank up in your van whilst still using your pole cleaning windows?

The thing is people in the street notice this sort of thing, someone round my way does this and a few people in the street didnt want him as there cleaner as they didnt think it was right that they had to supply the water to have there windows cleaned and also there neighbours.....

Even if they are on a meter its only £2 per 1000L so you could always offer to pay for your water.
