How's the supply of fivers doing this week?

I seem to have had loads given to me as payment or part payment.  Most weeks I only get a couple, now I have about 8!

The banks are actively trying to reintroduce more fivers into the system; they have been doing this for a few months now.

Most people get cash from cash points these days and very few (if any) give out £5 notes, therefore the amount in circulation dropped dramatically

When I was a lad I could go to our local corner shop and have sweets, pop, comics, games, and loads of other stuff for next to nothing. Can’t do it now though.
