What did you chat on here about before wfp?
« on: July 08, 2010, 11:16:28 pm »
Hi,

Just scouring through the latest post as you do, for a bit more knowledge,

and it got me thinking, there can be a lot of complications with wfp systems, hence so many questions.......

so what did you chat about in window cleaning issues when you all had a bucket and a squeegee,
?

i suppose there were the usual round building question but i cant think of anything else lol.

i started trad nearly 4 years ago, then after a year went wfp. and the knowledge i gained from this site (you guys) was fantastic.....

and i asked every question going..... so for newbies its great wether trad or wfp....

but what did you pros talk about?

worn rubbers, chipped buckets, smelly soapy water >> > ;D ;D
??

I remember talking on here to Tosh about whether he should go for a welsh girl or a lady-boy.

The conclusion was, that there wasn't much difference.

There was a lot of talk about which rubbers were best and how often you changed them. Some people were still using shammy and that was discussed. Personally, I still regret the passing of shammy, it was much better and some of you trad guys could do yourselves a favour by getting one.

Talk about which ladders were best and good places to buy them.

Oh yes, and who had fallen of their ladders that week and when they would out of hospital.

Hmm mucho bullpoop.

When did this forum start?
When did broadband become widely available?
At what point (year) did wfp become mainstream?
Was there a need for this forum pre wfp considering the drivers were suppliers and DIY?
