Right I was doing a new customer today when I saw this window cleaner I have heard about walk past.  People have always said he does not use ladders but just a trad pole.  Well I was putting my ladders back on the car when he pipes up "ladders are illegal you know".  I said ok mate.  I then looked up and he was using a washing line prop with a cloth tied to the end of it.
