can any one recomend a decent pair of sunglasses. ones that dont slip, steam up or crush when you sit on them (whoops)

bought mine in THE RANGE,  theyre grade 2 (not so dark) and polarised with spring loaded side legs. they were 14quid ,reduced to £7

i had a pair of grade3 ,but they were too dark for work use

I would always go for quality, if you are the kinda person who does not loose things etc. I use Oakley A-Wire. When I was working in Africa years ago I had a cheapo pair and did my eyes no favours. Aparentley polarised glasses are the best

to stop glasses steaming up, clean lenses with a tiny drop of liquid soap (no water)  ;)

wear with a fetching pair of  gold spandex hot pants
great in this weather
remember safety first a pair of german army boots 16 hole type will complete  the look
