Hose cuffs?

Just noticed my hose cuff is knackered. It's for my vac, it's for 38mm hose and came with the ISSA vac from Dualpumps.
Anyone know if they  are standard fit for all machines? The part I'm desperate for is the bit that fits into the tool assemblies - can't see the specific part I want on Dualpumps so anywhere else do them? Polarbrite?
