yes it was tuff yesterday up close to the glass , glad iv lost 3 stones since i started runnin in the evenings.iv still at least another stone to go so no slacking yet . glad i bought decent shades too ,no headaches this year !

Yesterday morning I found myself thinking, 'This heat isn't going to be fun this afternoon', even though I was comfortable working at the time.  Then in the afternoon, it was 32C according to my car thermometer and it wasn't that bad.

I wear factor 50, polarised sun glasses, and I regularly drank plenty of water, which was a pain since I kept needing the toilet.

So bring on the heat!  ;D

i did put this thread up 2ave a moan about the weather. i got burned bad at the weekend etc,
& was just askin if i was the only 1that got court out.  ;)

feelin better now, so i will be back at work 2moro, thank god  ::)   ;D . only got a 2day week this week now  ::) as im back in hospital 4more injections friday....... GREAT!!!
