FAO YWCS - camcorder help
« on: May 16, 2010, 08:11:07 pm »
Hello YWCS

Hope you might eb able to help - I downloaded the windows movie maker, have made the video but how do I now email to friends etc? Do I ahve to convert the file?

As when I play it I can see the video on the left hand side of screen but the frames (as I made teh video) on the right hand side, I thought it would be as simple as saving and then sending that "link" to someone and then they shoudl be able to view it??

Help much appreciated!

You could upload it to youtube?  It's simple to do and you can even click a box during the process so that only people with the link can view your video clip, so it's not for general viewing when someone does a search on whatever it was you videoed.

hi tosh,

the thinkg is we have been sent the camcorder to record a video, we have now done it, and am assuming that they will want it and hopefully it will be displayed on their website - so it may go down a utube route, (will know from promotor tomorrow) but we have never done this before and just assumed we would be able to "email it" to them, so that it would be easy for them to view and the load up to their website?

Any help ??

I'm no expert.  Have you tried attaching your clip to an e-mail and sending it?  I would guess as long as the recipient has the same soft ware that the clip is on, then it shouldn't be a problem.
