Telmarketing

Hi guys - Hope you are all keeping busy !!!

I am looking to try out telemarketing as a way of bringing in some work,and
out sourcing  may be an option !

Do any of you guys know or use any company that you would recommend !

Have any of you done it before ? Did it work ? If not why ?

Have any of you had dealings with :

GREAT GUNS  - Surrey based  telemarketing company
SEPTEMBER VISIONS - London based telemarketing company

I am Surrey based by the way .

I asked the same question a few weeks ago, it seems mose are against it. I think the best point is, do you like telesales calls?

Thanks for that EM - I was aiming at the Business to Business market as opposed to the domestic market .
I know what you mean about telesales they get on my tits especially when I am just about to sit down ,have me tea , and watch some carpet porn !!!!
But business 2 business are used to this way of marketing and proberly use it themselves as a means to an end.

Why not spend your time on Calling on B to B

You must have spare capacity if not you would not be considering paying for this.

Have you tried doing a mail out to the major businesses in your area. You could either drop them in (especially if all on one business park)or send them through the mail to those that may be a distance away. I used to do Telemarketing & the people at the end of the phone are basically representing your company, you are not in control of how they may approach the customer etc. with the correct wording, you should have the desired effect.... Hope that helps
