Dont worry about payload because if this berlingo can take a 800ltr tank the dispatch will carry loads lol

Hi
According to Citroen's website the 90hp has a payload of 1188kgs. (Enterprise version same engine 988kgs). With 2 persons, weight of equipment, tank, tank frame, full tank of water and fuel - I doubt it has sufficient payload for all that. Would be OK with a 650 tank.
I am also not sure if I would want to drive a van on the payload limit all the time as well, wear and tear would be rather high IMO.
