Hi all,

i'm having a marketing drive and was after a decent letter to prospects with here house up for sale ?

Any one got a sample i can look at to get the creative juices rolling  ;D

Yeah Id be interested in something like this as well. When Im leafleting it would be nice to post something a little more appropriate through a home for sale door.

There must be someone out there who's tried this .

There's so many properties for sale in our area I thought may be worth having a drive round and delivering a tailored letter for those hoping to move.

Needs to be something that hits the nail on the head !

Any ideas ?

We did about 2 months back.
Went through Right move and tracked down one house by one house.
Specifically written for those selling their homes, put inside an envelope with their address written on that so it was personal to them.
Result........One...who having accepted the quoted price cancelled twice, the second time on the day

So I won't be bothering with chasing that one again.

Yeah, I guess it's one of those things that should really work but doesn't always work out that way,

I thought about the rightmove thing, but think I will just look for the for sale boards and drop thru letterbox,

it's prob not going to  get huge returns but at least is a  bit more targeted ,

we got nothing either neil and did the rightmove thing too. we also have leaflets in a holder on estate agents desks and lucky if we get a job a month out of it.

i find you dont always get the move out clean but have got my name thrugh the door on the move in
